The above prices are for a weekly stay or an extended weekend. Energy is not included and is paid separately, after the end of the stay according to the actual situation (7 CZK/Kwh). The price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, WiFi and a local tax.

Weekly stays are possible (from Saturday/Sunday to Saturday/Sunday). Or shorter stays by individual agreement. Minimum length of stay is 2 nights (3 nights in the winter heating season). In case of longer stays, individual prices.

We require a refundable deposit of 4000 CZK upon check-in.The amount will be deducted for energy consumed and any damage to the property, and the rest of the amount will be refunded at the end of the stay.
