Your arrival
Standard check-in on weekdays is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. If your stay with us begins on Saturday or Sunday, you can arrive as early as 2:00 PM.
Your departure
Guests must check out no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
You will receive a confirmation of your order within 3 days to your provided email address. It will contain confirmation of your stay reservation, the exact price of the accommodation and information regarding payment. After sending the payment and its crediting to our account, your reservation will become valid. In the event of early termination of the stay, there is no right to a refund.
Cancellation fees – when canceling your stay:
- one month or less before the stay 30% of the total accommodation price
- less than 14 days before the stay 50% of the total price for accommodation
