We offer you accommodation in a completely renovated house located in the open air; in a very quiet, purely natural environment with a view of the highest mountain Kozákov - the highest hill in the Bohemian Paradise; 744 m above sea level. The view from the cottage includes a view of the ski lift located on the hill of the same name. Maximum comfort of accommodation is ensured thanks to the stylish but completely newly equipped interior.
The cottage offers accommodation for up to 8 people. Two separate bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, the second bedroom with two single beds. In the living room there are two pull-out beds and a sofa bed for another person. A cot for small children is available on request in advance.
The cottage offers two separate bedrooms, a spacious living room with a wood-burning stove, a large bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace with a magnificent view of the peaks of the Krkonoše Mountains.
The property is heated by underfloor heating and direct heaters in each room. There is also a wood-burning stove in the living room (wood is available for the entire stay free of charge).
The cottage is fully equipped. Kitchen with ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dining table. Living room with TV and dining table, 2 x couches, board games, Wi-Fi throughout the property is a matter of course.
Parking: Access via paved private road, parking on private property for 5 cars.
The cottage is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.

Your arrival
Standard check-in on weekdays is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. If your stay with us begins on Saturday or Sunday, you can arrive as early as 2:00 PM.
Your departure
Guests must check out no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Cancellation fees – when canceling your stay:
- one month or less before the stay 30% of the total accommodation price
- less than 14 days before the stay 50% of the total price for accommodation
